We have booked suit room for family accommadation with kids, after we check in horrible bad smell in the floor corridor and inside room as well. When we complained about this, we got response by just spraying room freshner and asked us to open window doors fpr some time. When I called up reception person for solution of my problem, he suggested for another room which is also having same bad smell inside room. Finally I had discussion with Manager for a possible solution, he was very harsh and not ready to cancel and pay back my money. Since it was already 10 pm, I just walked out of hotel with time and money loss. Only 1 towel provided, asked us to wait till next day morning to get additional towel No water bottles provided No proper ventilation in the room Stain marks on room walls Terible bad smell in floor corridor

I really surprised to see all negative reviews here. Actually this hotel is above the sky. A special hotel for couples to enjoy there day. Ithu manidar unandu kolla, ithu manitha kadhal alla... Athayum thandi, punithamanathu.... It's a awesome wow hotel to spend. Great food. Great day....

When you enter in the hotel start stinking the smell and rooms are too stink. The breakfast are also filthy and not fresh. The bathroom also not clen. Suggest every tourist not to visit this hotel. Worst hotel

Worst experience. Very degraded rooms and accessories. No maintenance. Misleading 3star. Had to endure mental tension and ill health. Not at all good. Toilets were old and odour ful. Had to eat the same rice preparation for breakfast everyday in room. No continental breakfast. Overall very poorly maintained with a false facade.

We had booked two rooms as it was shown 3star. But very shabby place not even worthy for 2star. Smelly toilets and shabby walls and furniture. The bed sheets and towels were stained and should have been discarded long back. Overall no maintenance and very poor service. Had to stay for a week as already paid. Please keep away.
